Gomisin G Inhibits Pancreatic Cancer Cell Growth by Promoting YAP Degradation

This study evaluated the inhibitory effect of Gomisin G, a natural dibenzocyclooctadiene lignan isolated from the fruit of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill., on pancreatic cancer cell growth. We found that Gomisin G activated LATS1 kinase and promoted YAP phosphorylation.
