JPGN Reports, EarlyView.Abstract Menetrier's disease (MD) is a rare, typically transient, hypertrophic gastropathy with under 1000 adult cases and 50 pediatric cases known worldwide. Pediatric cases most often present with an infectious etiology. We present a case of a teenage male expressing a chronic state of disease without infectious origin.
