Advanced Science, EarlyView.This paper presents a pixel‐by‐pixel on‐chip silicon‐based micro‐reflector device (SMRD) for µLEDs that enables simultaneous light‐extraction enhancement and directional emission control. The scalable architecture significantly improves forward light utilization and suppresses pixel crosstalk.
