δ‐Bismuth Oxide Responsible for Tooth Discolouration—A Laboratory Investigation

open access: yesInternational Endodontic Journal, Volume 59, Issue 3, Page 538-548, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Aims To investigate the phase changes of bismuth oxide in contact with sodium hypochlorite responsible for tooth discolouration. Methodology Bismuth oxide (monoclinic α−phase; C) was mixed with sodium hypochlorite at 20°C, 37°C, and 60°C (B20, B37, B60) for a period of 24 weeks with weekly refreshing of solutions.

Effectiveness of the Semi‐Automated Post‐ANaesthesia Discharge Assessment Tool: A Pre‐Post Study Using Propensity Score Matching

open access: yesNursing in Critical Care, Volume 31, Issue 2, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Background Discharge management and workflow efficiency in a postanaesthesia care unit (PACU) can be improved with specific tools assessing discharge readiness. Several authors have found tools to reduce the PACU length of stay (PACU LOS), but results have remained inconsistent.

A Lightweight Skin‐Adhesive Fiber Bragg Grating Sensor to Advance Minimally Invasive Healthcare Monitoring

open access: yesAdvanced NanoBiomed Research, Volume 6, Issue 2, February 2026.
A novel self‐adhesive hydrogel matrix is engineered to embed a fiber Bragg grating sensor for real‐time monitoring of physiological strain signals. The developed system conforms to the skin without external supports and, thanks to the fiber–matrix mechanical coupling, captures both subtle and large‐scale deformations.

Executive Impairment in Huntington's Disease: Insights From a Systematic Review of the Literature

open access: yesBrain and Behavior, Volume 16, Issue 2, February 2026.
Executive dysfunction in Huntington's disease follows a selective, stage‐dependent pattern, with early deficits in psychomotor speed, cognitive flexibility, inhibition, and working‐memory updating. Progression is associated with broader impairments in planning and attention.
