arXiv, 2002 In this work, we will calculate and analyze the frequency dependent electric polarizability of a particle which is bound by a one-dimensional delta potential. A perturbation technique based on the work by Nozieres will be employed to calculate our expression. Comparison will be made with references which have discussed work comparable to ours.

This study employs machine learning (KANMB) to analyze multi‐omics data from halophyte Spartina alterniflora, revealing 226 salt‐stress biomarkers and linking them to tolerance pathways. The MYB gene SaMYB35 regulates flavonoid biosynthesis under salinity.

A comment on the two definitions of the electric polarizability of a bound system in relativistic quantum theory [PDF]
arXiv, 2002 In a paper published in A.J.P. by Coutinho, Nogami and Tomio, two definitions of the relativistic electric polarizability were introduced and discussed. The analyses and conclusions of the authors contain a fair number of serious mistakes. It is our purpose to correct any misunderstanding that might result from the errors appearing in their paper.
