Food Science &Nutrition, Volume 13, Issue 12, December 2025.Phthalates and ethyl esters are dominant compounds, with O–H, –COOH, C≡N, C=O, and C–H as functional groups. Toxicological evaluations demonstrated that both powder and extract forms were well tolerated in animals, with no significant adverse effects observed in biochemical, hematological, or histopathological parameters.
