Počítačové modelování makromolekul

In the present work we study diffusion of linear and cyclic polymers. We run simulations using Brownian dynamics in θ-solvent and good solvent with several hydrodynamic models. Obtained results were compared with existing theories. In the present work we study diffusion of linear and cyclic polymers.
