为促进云南木本植物油的应用,以产自云南的蒜头果油、印度血桐油、元宝枫籽油、滇牡丹籽油、美藤果油和橡胶籽油为研究对象,采用气相色谱法测定其总脂肪酸和sn-2位脂肪酸的组成与含量,并在满足膳食脂肪酸推荐标准的基础上,以功能性脂肪酸含量为指标,利用规划求解算法优化了6种木本植物油的调和产品。结果表明:6种木本植物油富含功能性脂肪酸,其中元宝枫籽油、美藤果油和橡胶籽油分别含有35.92%、39.59%和35.78%的亚油酸,滇牡丹籽油与美藤果油分别含有32.02%和42.56%的α-亚麻酸,蒜头果油 ...
