Nano‐Phase Separation and Analyte Binding in Aptasensors Investigated by Nano‐IR Spectroscopy

An atomic force microscopy ‐ infrared spectroscopy (AFM‐IR) study on the fabrication of an aptamer‐based biosensor revealed the formation of nanodomains rich in DNA aptamers and blocking polyethylene glycol (PEG) molecules. Single‐molecule spectroscopy of the analyte protein is also reported.
