Despite moderate national progress toward universal health coverage in Ghana and Liberia, significant wealth‐ and location‐based inequities persist. Preventive services are relatively strong, but access to essential treatments remains low, highlighting the need for targeted, equity‐focused health policies to achieve SDG 3.8.
