Association Between Brain Care Score and Cognitive Performance: Findings From a Community‐Based Cohort in Singapore

In a community‐based Singapore cohort (n = 5, 224), higher Brain Care Score (BCS), reflecting modifiable brain health risk factors, is associated with better cognitive performance. Each incremental increase in BCS corresponds to lower odds of impaired memory and improved executive function.
