Breast conservation for male breast carcinoma
The Breast, 2007 Male breast cancer in general is treated by modified radical mastectomy. Data have emerged supporting the replacement of the axillary lymph node dissection by a sentinel lymph node biopsy in the male patient with breast carcinoma. Local therapy in the breast continues to be primarily mastectomy.

FEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.Somatic variants of the neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) gene occur across neoplasms without clinical manifestation of the disease NF1. We identified emerging somatic pathogenic NF1 variants and hotspots, for example, at the arginine finger 1276.
