1. Caffeic acid (CA) is a novel senomorphic. 2. Annexin A5 is the direct protein target of CA in senescent cells. 3. The covalent binding of CA to Annexin A5 protein triggers its degradation, PKCθ deactivation, and the inhibition of the NF‐κB inflammatory pathway. 4.
