To report a case of Aspergillus flavus-induced keratomycotic malignant glaucoma.A 48-year-old woman presented with a severe corneal ulcer. She had received topical steroids for 10 days before presentation.Microbiological studies revealed A. flavus as the offending pathogen.

Miotic-Induced Malignant Glaucoma

Malignant glaucoma is a disease process in which the entire anterior chamber becomes uniformly shallow with forward movement of the lensiris diaphram with pooling of aqueous within or behind the vitreous and elevated intraocular pressure. Classically, this has been described as limited to cases occurring following glaucoma surgery.

Bilateral Aphakic Malignant Glaucoma

A case of bilateral shallowness of the anterior chamber after cataract extraction is followed by glaucoma within two months in one eye and after 12 years in the second. The course of events and response to treatment in each eye indicated the presence of interchamber block similar to that following lens removal for malignant glaucome.
