Inconsistent Associations of Modified Frailty Index‐5 With Adverse Head and Neck Reconstruction Outcomes

In a nationwide cohort of 5,573 adult head and neck cancer patients who underwent reconstruction with locoregional or microvascular free tissue transfers, higher modified frailty index‐5 (mFI‐5) scores were associated with 30‐day major cardiovascular events and mortality in the microvascular free tissue transfer subgroup.
