ABSTRACT This study examines two cases of primary MALT lymphoma in the base of the tongue, larynx, and trachea. Both cases were finally diagnosed through pathological and immunohistochemical examinations, with common laryngoscopic features: scattered circumferential follicular‐like mucosal elevations with smooth surfaces on the affected mucosal areas.

ABSTRACT Primary thyroid lymphoma (PTL) is a rare malignancy, comprising 1%–5% of thyroid cancers and 2%–5% of extranodal lymphomas, with diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma (DLBCL) being the most common subtype. PTL often coexists with Hashimoto thyroiditis, leading to diagnostic delays.
