Selection in car insurance when claims are heterogeneous
Abstract Econometric studies of insurance markets have analyzed the Positive Correlation Property to test for the presence of asymmetric information. Car‐insurance studies frequently compare policies purchasing Mandatory Third‐Party Liability alone with policies that purchase additional coverage and use the presence of a liability claim as a measure of

Scab resistance in Malus sp. progenies - inheritance and resistance stability
Susceptibility of progenies of some Ma/us species to apple scab was evaluated. Susceptibility of hybrid families was observed first in greenhouse after artificial inoculations by the suspension of the pathogen, Venturia inaequalis (Cooke) Wint., then in ...

Proposed regulatory model of OsMYB305 in leaf senescence. Summary Accumulating evidence has identified transcription factors (TFs) as key regulators of the onset and progression of leaf senescence. However, the regulatory role of the rice myeloblastosis (MYB) TF OsMYB305 in this process remains largely unknown.

MYB Factors: Hubs of Plant Stress and Hormone Crosstalk
ABSTRACT MYB transcription factors function as main regulatory hubs that integrate environmental signals with multi‐hormonal pathways to synchronize plant growth, metabolism and stress responses. This review delineates the regulatory roles of MYB in the signalling pathway of salicylic acid, jasmonic acid, ethylene and abscisic acid signalling.

Mapping of a New Locus for Powdery Mildew Resistance in the Caucasus Apple Malus orientalis
ABSTRACT Powdery mildew is one of the most significant fungal diseases affecting apple, both the tree and its fruits, causing considerable economic losses to apple growers. Controlling this disease can require the application of multiple fungicides. A more sustainable approach is to grow resistant cultivars.
