MAMMAPLASTY WITH CURVED INCISIONS
Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, 1976We present a modification of Pitanguy's technique of mammaplasty. Curved incisions are used and the breast tissue is resected on a horizontal plane. We have done this operation in 130 consecutive mammaplasties and have had no complications. The esthetic results have been good.
