A Study on the Morphometric, Macroanatomical Structure, and Arterial Vascularisation of the Upper Digestive System in Rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus, Linnaeus 1758)

The average diastema length in the upper jaw was measured as 29.79 mm, while it was measured as 24.23 mm in the lower jaw. The average linguae length in New Zealand rabbits was measured as 52.39 ± 1.75 mm. The parotid gland was determined the largest length (28.4 mm), width (57.245 mm), and weight (44.58 g). Total oesophagus length was determined as 15.
