In this paper, two cases of calcifying epithelioma arising in the mandibular angle are presented. Case 1 is a 10-year-old boy who had a painless tumor in the right mandibular angle region. Orthopantomograms revealed a radiopaque area in the region. Case 2 is a 49-year-old woman who had a painless tumor in the same region.
