Siral‐HPW‐Supported Pd and Ru Catalysts Evaluation for Glycerol Upgrading
ChemistrySelect, Volume 11, Issue 35, 15 September 2026.MSiralHPW (M = Ru, Pd, and PdRu) catalysts are active in glycerol hydrogenolysis. Metal (Ru > Pd) and precursor (Cl− > NO3−) influences were verified. Promoting effect of RuO2 reduction by Pd did not influence the metallic dispersion. Residual chlorine promoted acidic sites suitable for the formation of 1,3‐PDO.
