A multifunctional nanoplatform based on the assembly of doxorubicin‐loaded protocells (PC) and polymeric nanocapsules (PNC) which contain glucose oxidase is developed. Synthetic targeting moieties located on the external surface provide the selectivity toward neuroblastoma cells.
