Analysis of the kinetic growth of an electrochemically formed bronze patina using the layer‐pore resistance model

open access: yesMaterials and Corrosion, Volume 74, Issue 9, Page 1301-1311, September 2023., 2023
The bronze patina is formed through a mixed mechanism of dissolution and direct film formation, following the layer pore resistance model. The scan rate applied in the formation changes the composition and the electrochemical response of the system promoting the formation of a more or less protective corrosion products layer.

Influence of soaking and solvent extraction for deodorization of texturized pea protein isolate on the formulation and properties of hybrid meat patties

open access: yesJournal of the Science of Food and Agriculture, Volume 103, Issue 6, Page 2806-2814, April 2023., 2023
Abstract BACKGROUND Hybrid batters constitute the base for the processing of cooked and dry meat analogues. The use of texturized plant proteins in their formulation is a key strategy to reduce the consumption of animal proteins, although off‐flavors present in these plant proteins often cause sensory rejection.

The Art of Assemblage at La Venta

open access: yesArt History, Volume 45, Issue 4, Page 832-857, September 2022., 2022

Where is the consumer centre? A case of St. Petersburg

open access: yesRegional Science Policy &Practice, Volume 14, Issue 4, Page 916-938, August 2022., 2022
Abstract In an urban economy, the distribution of people and real estate prices depends on the location of the central business district of a city. As distance from the city centre increases, both prices and population density diminish, for travel costs increase in terms of time and money. As manufacturing gradually leaves the cities, the importance of

Spherical Fuzzy Soft Topology and Its Application in Group Decision‐Making Problems

open access: yesMathematical Problems in Engineering, Volume 2022, Issue 1, 2022., 2022
The spherical fuzzy soft set is a generalized soft set model, which is more realistic, practical, and accurate. It is an extended version of existing fuzzy soft set models that can be used to describe imprecise data in real‐world scenarios. The paper seeks to introduce the new concept of spherical fuzzy soft topology defined on spherical fuzzy soft ...
