Photonic‐Enabled Energy‐Efficient Transparent Neuromorphic Computing Devices: A Review
Transparent photonic neuromorphic computing devices merge optics and brain‐inspired computing to overcome von Neumann bottlenecks with ultrafast, low‐energy processing. By exploiting transparent oxides, 2D materials, phase‐change materials, and hybrid heterostructures, these platforms enable photonic synapses, memory, and logic for see‐through edge ...

Conventional passive radiative cooling films rely on costly feedstocks and energy‐intensive fabrication, with poor end‐of‐life compatibility in agriculture. To address this challenge, a sustainable radiative cooling mulch (SRCM) is developed from waste maize leaves via spontaneous hydrogen‐bond self‐assembly.

ENERGY INTENSITY IN THE LITHUANIAN MANUFACTURING SECTOR
There is major concern with Lithuania’s industrial development because its manufacturing structure is increasingly dependent on the consumption of energy. In spite of the Lithuanian energy intensity decrease more than 35 percent in the last decade, the energy required to produce a unit of output in Lithuania twice exceeds the average of the European ...

CauFinder: Steering Cell‐State and Phenotype Transitions by Causal Disentanglement Learning
CauFinder combines causal disentanglement modeling and network control to prioritize causal drivers of cell‐state transitions from observational transcriptomic data. The framework separates transition‐relevant signals from spurious associations, nominates intervention targets across biological and disease contexts, and identifies DAAM1 as an actionable

Bioinspired passive flow routing mitigates thrombosis in cardiovascular devices by redirecting a small fraction of forward flow into stagnation‐prone regions. Inspired by avian alula and aircraft slat mechanisms, strategically placed routing channels restore washout around mechanical heart valves, reducing low‐shear exposure by four orders of magnitude
