US anti‐suit injunctions and German anti‐anti‐suit injunctions in SEP disputes
Abstract The essay argues that anti‐suit injunctions granted in disputes on standard‐essential patents are inconsistent with the general standards governing anti‐suit injunctions. The section on anti‐suit injunction demonstrates that the case law on anti‐suit injunctions is not comparable to disputes over standard essential patents.

Synthesis and Properties of Thieno[3,2‐f]isoquinolines and Benzothieno[3,2‐f]isoquinolines
Various (benzo)thienoisoquinolines have been obtained by a straightforward three‐step synthetic route based on site‐selective Palladium catalysed cross‐coupling reactions and a final Brønsted‐acid mediated cycloisomerisation reaction as a key step. Steady‐state optical and electrochemical properties of selected products have been determined, showing ...

Profitability of Artificial Pollination in ‘Manzanillo’ Olive Orchards [PDF]
The fruit set in monovarietal ‘Manzanillo’ olive orchards is significantly increased under cross-pollination. This response lead to pollination designs including pollinizer selection, the number of pollinizer trees per hectare and their distribution in the orchard.

Improving ‘Manzanillo’ Olive Seed Germination
Abstract ‘Manzanillo’ olive (Olea europaea L.) seeds were subjected to chemical scarification with NaOH and H2SO4 for various periods of time to determine the most appropriate treatment for improving the germination of the seeds. A critical balance of concentration and time was necessary to achieve high germination percentages without loss of viability
