Electrically Coded Retinomorphic Spectrophotodetector

Advanced Materials, EarlyView.
Self‐powered retinomorphic pyro‐photodetector is demonstrated that avoids machine‐learning post‐processing and covers 365–940 nm. Electrostatic balancing of built‐in potential produces an electrical wavelength code, delivering <3 nm wavelength decoding accuracy with ∼46 µs response.

Initiating aripiprazole as antipsychotic monotherapy rather than olanzapine, quetiapine, or risperidone, might prevent/delay major adverse cardiovascular events (MACEs) over the long-term in people diagnosed with severe mental illness.

Emergent Spinning and Orbital Motion in Clustered Wind‐Assisted Flyers

Advanced Science, EarlyView.
Inspired by natural snowflake geometries, paper‐cut flyers exhibit geometry‐defined spinning and orbital motions during cluster formation in a wind tunnel. Collective flights of multiple paperflakes reveal dynamic clustering, fragmentation, and continuously evolving spin behaviors.
