A Two-step Estimation Method of Troposphere Delay with Consideration of Mapping Function Errors [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science, 2020
Mapping function errors are usually not taken into consideration, when space geodetic data observed by VLBI, GNSS and some other techniques are utilized to estimate troposphere delay, which could, however, probably bring non-ignorable errors to solutions.

European Standard Clinical Practice Guideline and EXPeRT Recommendations for the Diagnosis and Management of Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms in Children and Adolescents

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Pediatric gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (GEP‐NENs) are extremely rare and clinically heterogeneous. Management has largely been extrapolated from adult practice. This European Standard Clinical Practice Guideline (ESCP), developed by the EXPeRT network in collaboration with adult NEN experts, provides (adult) evidence ...

Analysis of Spatiotemporal Properties and Modeling of the Nonisotropy of GNSS Tropospheric Slant Path Delay

open access: yesIEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing
The slant path delay (SPD) exhibits “nonisotropy” in the horizontal direction, validated by ray tracing. This nonisotropy can cause decimeter-level errors in SPD, yet specific models and influencing factors remain under-researched.

Intraoperative Brain Mapping by Cortico-Cortical Evoked Potential

open access: yesFrontiers in Human Neuroscience, 2021
To preserve postoperative brain function, it is important for neurosurgeons to fully understand the brain's structure, vasculature, and function. Intraoperative high-frequency electrical stimulation during awake craniotomy is the gold standard for ...

Health‐Related Social Needs in Children With Sickle Cell Disease Are Associated With Worse Health‐Related Quality of Life

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Children with sickle cell disease (SCD) face multiple acute and chronic medical complications that may impact their quality of life as reported by patients themselves. Health‐related social needs (HRSNs), such as food and housing insecurity, are common in people with SCD, but the association between HRSNs and patient‐reported ...

Genomic Diversity and Clinical Variability in Pediatric Primary Cutaneous Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma: A Case Series

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma (pcALCL) is a rare pediatric CD30‐positive T‐cell lymphoproliferative disorder with an excellent prognosis, but its genomic drivers are poorly defined. We report three children with skin‐limited disease demonstrating striking molecular heterogeneity, including NPM::ALK, NUP214::FRK, and a novel ...

Regional Egypt tropospheric mapping function model

open access: yesAlexandria Engineering Journal, 2018
It’s essential to find out the delay caused by the troposphere layer to be able to get more accurate results. The precise positioning is very essential for accurate geodetic applications e.g., Crustal deformation and military purposes.

Are Fertility Preservation Procedures Before Gonadotoxic Therapy and Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Feasible and Safe in Very Young Children? A Retrospective Cohort Study

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Fertility preservation (FP) is increasingly integrated into the care of pediatric patients exposed to gonadotoxic therapy or conditioning for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), yet perioperative data in infants and toddlers remain scarce.
