Design of a time‐delay‐compensated monochromator for the ARPES endstation at S3FEL
This work presents the design and expected performance of an Angle‐Resolved Photoemission Spectroscopy (ARPES) branchline at the Shenzhen Superconducting Soft X‐ray Free Electron Laser (S3FEL). The branchline employs a symmetric time‐delay‐compensated monochromator (TDCM) for spectral selection and pulse duration preservation.

African Intersectionalities and Decolonisation of African Women's and Gender Studies
ABSTRACT In the context of extant efforts in the decolonisation of African Studies, transnationalisation of feminist theorising, and the rise of intersectionality as an analytical tool in gender studies, I argue for the adoption of an ‘African intersectionalities’ framework towards achieving the decolonisation of African women's and gender studies. The

CPAP‐induced sphenoid sinus pressures after endoscopic sinus surgery
Key points Positive pressure transmitted from continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) to the sinuses and skull base in the early post‐operative period has not been studied in live subjects and controversy exists in when to restart this post‐operatively. This study found that approximately 32.76% and 13.52% of the delivered CPAP pressures reached the

Pulse‐by‐pulse transient thermal deformation in crystal optics under high‐repetition‐rate FEL
Complete pulse‐by‐pulse transient time‐domain modeling of the thermal deformation of crystals under high‐repetition‐rate high‐pulse‐energy free‐electron laser load can help define acceptable operational parameters across the pulse‐energy repetition‐rate phase space.
