Disruption of Radiological Surveillance Following a Global Health Crisis in Resected Lung Cancer

A national cohort study reveals a persistent 76.5% collapse in radiological surveillance density following a health crisis (falling to 0.023 CT/month). This under‐surveillance was non‐selective, showing no risk‐based prioritization by tumor stage, age, or comorbidity.
