Ecosystem‐Centered Robot Design: Toward Ecoresorbable Sustainability Robots (ESRs)
Robots exploring natural ecosystems can support monitoring and conservation, but must adopt ecosystem‐centered design to avoid pollution, waste, and damage. This review proposes guidelines for co‐designing ecoresorbable sustainability robots (ESRs), uniting materials, robotics, and ecological contexts in a single framework.

MARINE RESERVES FOR FISHERIES MANAGEMENT [PDF]
Conventional methods of regulating commercial fisheries restrict catch by limiting either the quantity or efficiency of fishing effort, or by putting direct limits on catch. These regulatory practices are neither feasible nor desirable for many fisheries,

Two Novel S‐methyltransferases Confer Dimethylsulfide Production in Actinomycetota
This study identifies two novel S‐adenosine‐methionine‐dependent methyltransferases, MddM1 and MddM2, in actinomycetes from the Mariana Trench. These enzymes can convert toxic hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and methanethiol (MeSH) into dimethylsulfide (DMS), serving as a cellular detoxification and oxidative stress response.

This study reveals a hidden chemical weapon among calcareous‐shelled sessile organisms in the intertidal zone: the barnacle Balanus albicostatus releases a synergistic blend of palmitic acid and 1‐palmitoyl‐sn‐glycero‐3‐phosphocholine as the allelochemical with the inhibitory activity against attachment of the mussel Vignadula atrata, which may mediate

Overview of the national fisheries situation with emphasis on the demersal fisheries off the west coast of Peninsular Malaysia [PDF]
The marine fisheries sector in Malaysia contributes significantly to the national economy in terms of income, foreign exchange and employment. In 1999, marine fisheries contributed 1.245 million t (90% of total fish production) valued at US$1.18 billion.

In the aqueous AlCl3 electrolyte of aluminum‐metal batteries, the introduction of LaCl3 adjusts the solvation structure of Al3+ and enhances its diffusion level. The oxide precipitate formed by La3+ covers the aluminum metal anode and effectively alleviates corrosion reactions, thereby improving the cycling stability of the battery.
