ABSTRACT Based on the construal level theory, we proposed a conceptual model linking the relationships between perceived symbols in CSR communication, consumer‐brand identification, brand trust, and brand evangelism. Firm‐Level Tournament Incentives and Social Decoupling: Evidence From the United States
