CSR Symbolism in Consumer‐Brand Identification in Fostering Brand Trust and Evangelism
ABSTRACT Based on the construal level theory, we proposed a conceptual model linking the relationships between perceived symbols in CSR communication, consumer‐brand identification, brand trust, and brand evangelism.
