Diurnal Air–Surface Temperature Dynamics in Hong Kong: An Analysis Across Land Use and Climate Zones
Daytime and nighttime air temperature (Ta) from automatic weather stations and land surface temperature (Ts) derived from ASTER and Landsat 8–9 are used to examine the relationship between Ta and Ts. The spatial and statistical characteristics of Ta − Ts dynamics are further analysed across land use (LU) and local climate zones (LCZ).

Spatiotemporal Changes in Precipitation Concentration in the Atlantic‐European Region
This study analyses changes in precipitation concentration using ERA5 and E‐OBS datasets. Gini index as a measure of precipitation concentration revealed a gradual expansion of areas with increasing unevenness in precipitation distribution across the Atlantic‐European region since 1961.

Weather Patterns Associated With Coastal Disasters in Santa Catarina, Southern Brazil
The study identified weather patterns (WPs) associated with coastal disasters between 1998 and 2020 along the Santa Catarina coast, Brazil. Using atmospheric and oceanographic data combined with official disaster records, five WPs were defined, mainly associated with cyclonic and anticyclonic systems linked to extreme wave events.
