Consensus Formation and Change are Enhanced by Neutrality
Neutral agents are shown to enhance both the formation and overturning of consensus in collective decision‐making. A general mathematical model and experiments with locusts and humans reveal that neutrality enables robust consensus via simple interactions and accelerates consensus change by reducing effective population size.

The Geometry of Crashes - A Measure of the Dynamics of Stock Market Crises [PDF]
This paper investigates the dynamics of stocks in the S&P500 index for the last 30 years. Using a stochastic geometry technique, we investigate the evolution of the market space and define a new measure for that purpose, which is a robust index of the ...

Halofuginone is a Molecular Glue Degrader of Integrin β4
Integrin β4 overexpression is linked to aggressive tumors and poor prognosis, but targeted therapies are lacking. We identified halofuginone (HF) as a molecular glue degrader that promotes integrin β4 degradation via the CRL4BWDR18 E3 ligase. HF suppresses tumor progression in vitro and in vivo, offering a new strategy for targeting oncogenic ...

Labour Market Status and Migration Dynamics [PDF]
In this empirical paper we assess how labour market transitions and out- and repeated migration of immigrants are interrelated. We estimate a multi-state multiple spell competing risks model with four states: employed, unemployed receiving benefits, out ...

Capacity utilization dynamics and market power. [PDF]
In an intertemporal general equilibrium model with imperfect competition, we settle a relationship between factor utilization and markups, via the effect of capacity utilization rate changes on firms' market power when the demand for goods is uncertain ...
