Effect of Disproportional Voting Rights on Firm’s Market Performance: Evidence from Chinese Firms Cross-Listed on U.S. Exchanges

open access: yesInternational Journal of Financial Studies, 2017
Dual-class firms face great criticism as it is believed that firms choose this structure to expropriate minority shareholders’ wealth. We compare market performance of Chinese dual-class firms with their single-class counterparts by constructing a list ...

Ultrafast Thermal Shock Synthesis of CuNiSnLa Medium‐Entropy Metallic Glass for Sustainable Nitrogen Fixation via Plasma‐Coupled Electrocatalysis

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This work introduces an ultrafast thermal shock strategy to synthesize a CuNiSnLa medium‐entropy metallic glass (MEMG). The rapid heating and cooling process generates a robust, highly active catalyst for electrocatalytic nitrate reduction to ammonia (NRA).

Multifunctional Solid Polymer Electrolyte Films Integrating Intrinsic Self‐Healing and Dual Photo‐/pH‐Responsive Ionic Sensing for Intelligent Flexible Electronics

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Multifunctional solid polymer electrolyte (SPE) films integrating intrinsic self‐healing, mechanical stretchability, and dual photo‐ and pH‐responsive ionic conductivity are developed. Constructed from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and hydrogen‐bonded poly(thiourea triethylene glycol) (PTUEG3), these films form a dynamic supramolecular network ...

Intellectual capital determinants of customer value added in a transitional economy: An unconvincing role of knowledge supportive technology [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Industrial Engineering and Management
This study investigates whether and how a firm’s utilization of knowledge management-supportive information technology (IT) moderates the effects of three-partite intellectual capital on customer value and, further, market performance.

Bioprinting High‐Cell‐Density Cardiac Tissue Constructs With Sustained Contractile Function

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Contractile cardiomyocytes in 3D culture provide insights into the behavior of the heart. Combining a 3D bioprinting approach with a multi‐electrode array allows the development of the 3D culture to be monitored over time, and matured cultures allow the effect of drugs on cardiac function to be modelled, replicating effects seen in clinical application.
