Adaptations to fasting in a terrestrial mustelid, the sable (Martes zibellina)

Comparative Biochemistry and Physiology Part A: Molecular & Integrative Physiology, 2006

Variability of cranial characters in acclimatized sable (Martes zibellina) populations

Biology Bulletin, 2011
Comparative analysis of metric and nonmetric variations of the sable skull in autochthonous and acclimatized populations was performed. In acclimatized sables, the skull is larger than in sables of the same origin from the Baikal region; however, they are smaller than animals of the autochthonous population. In nonmetric cranial characters, in one case,

The Results of Sable (Martes zibellina) Reintroduction Demonstrate the Founder Effect

Doklady Biological Sciences, 2018
The relative abundance of intrapopulation groups with different parameters of skull size, coat color, and expression of an epigenetic cranial trait was compared in autochthonous, reintroduced, and donor populations of sable. Recovery of the species resources and broad variability of the phenotypic trait complex in the newly fomned populations were ...

SABLE (Martes zibellina) BACTERIUM CARRIER IN THE REPUBLIC OF BURYATIA
