El concepto de ideología frente a las relaciones de producción: un análisis comparado entre las ideas de Marx y Althusser [PDF]

open access: yesRevista Pares, 2021
El artículo que se presenta a continuación tiene como propósito analizar comparativamente la visión de Karl Marx (1818 – 1883) y la de Louis Althusser (1918 – 1990), en cuanto a la correlación que se establece entre la ideología y las relaciones de ...

Baikal endemic and Palearctic species of caddisflies (Trichoptera) build cases from microplastics

open access: yesActa Biologica Sibirica
Pollution of freshwater ecosystems by microplastics is a serious problem. Many studies are related to the pelagic zone and the organisms living in it. However, benthic organisms are most susceptible to this problem in aquatic ecosystems.

A light‐triggered Time‐Resolved X‐ray Solution Scattering (TR‐XSS) workflow with application to protein conformational dynamics

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

Microporous Microgel Assemblies Facilitating the Recruitment and Osteogenic Differentiation of Progenitor Cells for Bone Regeneration

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
There is a significant need for biomaterials with well‐defined stability and bioactivity to support tissue regeneration. In this study, we developed a tunable microgel platform that enables the decoupling of stiffness from porosity, thereby promoting bone regeneration.

Microplastics in Sediments of the Littoral Zone and Beach of Lake Baikal

open access: yesLimnological Review
Most studies on microplastic pollution in aquatic ecosystems have focused on the quantitative and qualitative assessment of particles in surface waters. However, the highest concentrations and accumulation of microplastic particles are observed in bottom

Gram‐Scale Production of Iron Oxide Rubik‐Cube Nanoparticles: New Tools for the Clinical Translation of Magnetic Hyperthermia and Magnetic Particle Imaging

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This work reports the first gram‐scale solvothermal synthesis of ‘Rubik's cube’ nanoparticles—cubic, dendritic multicore structures with tuneable sizes and exceptional magnetic heating performance. Featuring iron oxide single‐domain character, with low coercivity fields, high magnetization, and strong MPI signals, they enable viscosity‐independent ...

Effects of Long-Term Urban Light Pollution and LED Light Color Temperature on the Behavior of a Holarctic Amphipod Gammarus lacustris Sars, 1863

open access: yesHydrobiology
Light pollution is becoming more widespread every year, accompanied by the active use of LED lighting. Currently, the ability of organisms to adapt to this pollution and the potential impact of LED lighting of different color temperatures and intensities

Micro and Nanostructural Diversity of Lizard Osteoderm Capping Tissue in Relation to Mechanical Performance

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This study shows that lizard osteoderm capping tissue is a hyper‐mineralized hydroxyapatite layer consistently covering the superficial osteoderm surface in those species studied here, yet it varies greatly in morphology, nanostructure, and mechanical performance across species.
