Myeloid‐Mas Signaling Modulates Pathogenic Crosstalk among MYC+CD63+ Endothelial Cells, MMP12+ Macrophages, and Monocytes in Acetaminophen‐Induced Liver Injury

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 11, Issue 16, April 24, 2024.
A multidimensional approach is applied to depict the microenvironment of mouse acetaminophen‐induced liver injury. Myeloid‐Mas deficiency drives the pathogenic, reciprocal cellular communication among MYC+CD63+ endothelial cells, MMP12+ macrophages, and monocytes. The landscape is maintained by enhanced glycolysis and NF‐κB/TNF‐α signaling.
