Evaluating the Role of PD1 and MTNR1B Gene Variants in Breast Cancer Susceptibility: A Case–Control Study in Bangladesh

The investigation revealed that the PD1 GG genotype exhibited a significant protective effect, substantially reducing the likelihood of breast cancer development. The genotype, CG of the MTNR1B gene, was connected with a lessened likelihood of breast cancer development, whereas the GG genotype showed no statistically significant correlation.
