AbstrakEkstrak daun pepaya mengandung enzim papain, alkaloid, pseudokarpain, glikosida, karposid dan saponin yang memiliki aktivitas sebagai antibakteri. Daun pepaya dapat diaplikasikan dalam bentuk masker gel peel off. Pembuatan sediaan masker gel peel off menggunakan basis yaitu HPMC dan PVA.
