Evaluation of the system accuracy of frameless stereotactic radiosurgery using a combination of cone beam CT, six degrees of freedom couch, and surface image‐guided systems

open access: yesJournal of Applied Clinical Medical Physics, EarlyView.
Abstract Purpose This study aims to evaluate the accuracy of the frameless linear accelerator‐based stereotactic radiosurgery (FSRS) system incorporating cone‐beam CT (CBCT), six degrees of freedom (6‐DoF) couch, room laser, and surface image‐guided (SG) systems.

Ocular coherence tomography angiography features of congenital hypertrophy of retinal pigment epithelium

open access: yesIndian Journal of Ophthalmology, 2019
Congenital hypertrophy of retinal pigment epithelium (CHRPE) is a benign, pigmented, flat lesion arising from the retinal pigment epithelium (RPE). In this study, we describe optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) features of two eyes with ...

Invertible Mask Network for Face Privacy-Preserving [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2022
Face privacy-preserving is one of the hotspots that arises dramatic interests of research. However, the existing face privacy-preserving methods aim at causing the missing of semantic information of face and cannot preserve the reusability of original facial information.

Comprehensive clinical evaluation of novel 4DCT‐based lung function imaging methods

open access: yesJournal of Applied Clinical Medical Physics, EarlyView.
Abstract Purpose Methods have been developed that apply image processing to 4DCTs to generate 4DCT‐ventilation/perfusion lung imaging. Traditional methods for 4DCT‐ventilation rely on Hounsfield‐Unit (HU) density‐change methods and suffer from poor numerical robustness while not providing 4DCT‐perfusion data.

Multi-Channel Masking with Learnable Filterbank for Sound Source Separation [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2023
This work proposes a learnable filterbank based on a multi-channel masking framework for multi-channel source separation. The learnable filterbank is a 1D Conv layer, which transforms the raw waveform into a 2D representation. In contrast to the conventional single-channel masking method, we estimate a mask for each individual microphone channel.

Space and time in masking and crowding.

open access: yesJournal of Vision, 2015
Masking and crowding are major phenomena associated with contextual modulations, but the relationship between them remains unclear. We have recently shown that crowding is apparent in the fovea when the time available for processing is limited, pointing ...

Open‐source deep‐learning models for segmentation of normal structures for prostatic and gynecological high‐dose‐rate brachytherapy: Comparison of architectures

open access: yesJournal of Applied Clinical Medical Physics, EarlyView.
Abstract Background The use of deep learning‐based auto‐contouring algorithms in various treatment planning services is increasingly common. There is a notable deficit of commercially or publicly available models trained on large or diverse datasets containing high‐dose‐rate (HDR) brachytherapy treatment scans, leading to poor performance on images ...

Feedback driven adaptive combinatorial testing [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
The configuration spaces of modern software systems are too large to test exhaustively. Combinatorial interaction testing (CIT) approaches, such as covering arrays, systematically sample the configuration space and test only the selected configurations ...

Generic Low-Latency Masking in Hardware

open access: yesTransactions on Cryptographic Hardware and Embedded Systems, 2018
In this work, we introduce a generalized concept for low-latency masking that is applicable to any implementation and protection order, and (in its most extreme form) does not require on-the-fly randomness.

Mask Scoring R-CNN [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2019
Letting a deep network be aware of the quality of its own predictions is an interesting yet important problem. In the task of instance segmentation, the confidence of instance classification is used as mask quality score in most instance segmentation frameworks.
