High-Efficiency Expectation Propagation Detector for High-Order Massive MIMO Systems
Multiple-inputs multiple-outputs (MIMO) technology, including massive MIMO, plays an important role in modern wireless communication systems. Massive MIMO systems with high-order modulation can promote spectrum efficiency.

Massive MIMO at night: On the operation of massive MIMO in low traffic scenarios
For both maximum ratio transmission (MRT) and zero forcing (ZF) precoding schemes and given any specific rate requirement the optimal transmit power, number of antennas to be used, number of users to be served and number of pilots spent on channel training are found with the objective to minimize the total consumed power at the base station.

CSI Feedback Based on Deep Learning for Massive MIMO Systems
Aiming at the problem of high complexity and low feedback accuracy of existing channel state information (CSI) feedback algorithms for frequency-division duplexing (FDD) massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems, this paper proposes a CSI ...

Massive MIMO as a cyber-weapon
A scheme for a multi-antenna jammer, jamming a SISO primary link working in TDD mode is presented. The jammer relies on reciprocity to estimate the channel to a terminal in the primary link blindly. The jammer can then beamform noise towards this user to degrade the performance of the primary link.

Massive MIMO-NOMA Based MEC in Task Offloading for Delay Minimization
Mobile edge computing (MEC) has been considered a promising technology to reduce task offloading and computing delay by enabling mobile devices to offload their computation-intensive tasks. Non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) is regarded as a promising

Direct Localization for Massive MIMO [PDF]
Large-scale MIMO systems are well known for their advantages in communications, but they also have the potential for providing very accurate localization thanks to their high angular resolution. A difficult problem arising indoors and outdoors is localizing users over multipath channels. Localization based on angle of arrival (AOA) generally involves a

Analysis and Design of Channel Estimation in Multicell Multiuser MIMO OFDM Systems [PDF]
This paper investigates the uplink transmission in multicell multiuser multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) systems. The system model considers imperfect channel estimation, pilot contamination (PC), and
