Efficacy of Vitex pseudo-negundo in a Bovine Mastitis Model Experimentally Induced by Staphylococcus aureus in Rats. [PDF]
This study evaluated the therapeutic efficacy of Vitex pseudo‐negundo (VPN) extracts in a Staphylococcus aureus‐induced mastitis rat model. Following extraction with water, methanol and petroleum ether, in vitro MICs were determined. Rats established with mastitis received 5‐day treatments.
