Pectin prophylaxis improved myocardial enzyme levels and oxidative stress indicators in AMI rats, with hawthorn pectin enriched Lachnospira and increased acetic acid content, while honey‐processed hawthorn pectin enriched Monoglobus and increased propionic acid content.
