Gαi1/3 Are Essential for BMP2‐Induced Osteogenesis by Bridging BMP Receptors to the Gab1 Signaling Complex

The Gαi1/3 protein is a crucial connecting protein closely related to the signal transduction process of bone formation‐related cytokines such as BMP2. Gαi1/3 mediates downstream signaling pathways such as Smads and MAPK by binding to adaptor proteins like Gab1, thereby promoting the osteogenic effect of BMSCs.

I oppgaven har vi etablert en fysisk modell for kvantitative tetthetsmålinger av dentale fyllingsmaterialer, og testet denne på utvalgte rotfyllingsmaterialer. Fokuset har vært på fremstillingen av denne modellen. Modellen er ferdig og vi har testet den på noen grupper med rotfylte tenner. Et gjennomgående problem er stor variasjon i test-resultater av

Matrix Stiffness Enhances Odontogenic Differentiation of DPSCs through Membrane Curvature Protein Baiap2‐Modulated Exosome Release

Matrix stiffness softening is identified as a previously underappreciated feature in deep caries. Higher stiffness drives exosome release in dental pulp stem cells through a coordinated mechanism involving PI3K–AKT‐regulated Baiap2 and kinesin‐1, thereby promoting odontogenic differentiation.

GM‐CSF Promotes Neutrophil PD‐L1 Expression Through the VEGFR‐2/STAT6/CSF2 Signaling Axis in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

VEGFR‐2 signaling in OSCC activates Src–STAT6‐dependent CSF2 transcription, driving tumor‐derived GM‐CSF secretion. GM‐CSF programs neutrophils to express PD‐L1 through STAT5–mTOR/S6K signaling, suppressing cytotoxic CD8+ T cells. This pathway reveals a tumor–neutrophil immune checkpoint circuit that limits anti‐PD‐1 responsiveness in OSCC.
