Microglial TSPAN4‐Dependent Migrasomes Promote Pathological Retinal Neovascularization via Immune‐Vascular Crosstalk

Combined high‐glucose and hypoxic stress switches microglia into a TSPAN4‐dependent migrasome‐producing state. These migrasomes deliver pro‐angiogenic signals to endothelial cells, activating HIF‐1α/VEGF signaling, disrupting vascular junctions, and fueling pathological neovascularization. scGEN: Leveraging an Adaptive Weighting Strategy for Challenging Cell Clustering in Single‐Cell RNA‐seq

scGEN combines attribute–structure encoding, adaptive hard‐sample weighting, and regularized zero‐inflated negative binomial loss to resolve ambiguous single‐cell states. In the developing human pituitary, refined annotations reveal Pre.Gonado cells at 7 weeks and previously obscured developmental communication networks.

A Metabolic‐Epigenetic Axis of AARS1/IGF2BP3‐K280 Lactylation Sustains Endometrial Cancer Stemness and Recurrence

Lactate‐driven endometrial cancer relapse is mediated by enzymatic protein modification. Elevated lactate levels activate AARS1, which catalyzes K280 lactylation of IGF2BP3, therefore stabilizing HMGA2 mRNA and promoting tumor stemness and recurrence.
