Monolithically Integrated Fourier Injected REsonator (FIRE) for Passive Coherent Laser Combination

open access: yesAdvanced Photonics Research, Volume 7, Issue 1, January 2026.
Semiconductor diode‐based Fourier Injected REsonator (FIRE). The concept of free space FIRE, formerly known as the self‐Fourier cavity, is demonstrated for the first time on a chip‐scale device. A very high laser array coherence (97.7% fringe visibility), corresponding to single out‐of‐phase supermode operation, is reported.

Active and Passive Control of Nanofluid Heat Transfer via Fractional Operators and Neural Networks

open access: yesComplexity, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
The free convective flow of heat transport with nanofluids over a plate must be studied in order to enhance thermal technologies and increase the efficiency of heat transfer in engineering system. The present article introduces the study of Tio2 and Co3O4 nanoparticles with the base fluid of C3H8O2.

A New Version of Kumaraswamy Distribution With Estimations and Applications

open access: yesEngineering Reports, Volume 7, Issue 12, December 2025.
In this article, the unit interval in the Kumaraswamy distribution is extended to double‐bounded interval. The proposed model is constituted by the transformation of a logistic random variable with a power parameter, flexible enough to fit a wide range of real‐life scenarios involving risk evaluation.

Effect of Magnetic Field and Temperature on the Excess Minority Carrier Density in the Base of a Radial Junction Solar Cell

open access: yesNano Select, Volume 6, Issue 12, December 2025.
This study explores how magnetic field and temperature influence excess minority carrier density in a radial‐junction silicon solar cell. Using an analytical model based on Bessel functions, key trends are revealed, including thermal insensitivity in a specific magnetic field range.
