Conformally Perforated Shellular Metamaterials with Tunable Thermomechanical and Acoustic Properties
This study introduces Conformally Perforated Shellular Metamaterials (CPSMs), which overcome TPMS design limitations by mapping 2D cellular layouts onto 3D surfaces. CPSMs exhibit enhanced elastic stiffness, thermal conductivity, and acoustic performance compared to intact P‐type shellulars, demonstrating their potential as multifunctional ...

Strong Metric Subregularity of the optimality mapping and second-order sufficient optimality conditions in extremal problems with constraints [PDF]
This is a review paper, summarizing without proofs recent results by the authors on the property of strong metric subregularity (SMSR) in optimization. It presents sufficient conditions for SMSR of the optimality mapping associated with a set of necessary optimality conditions in three types of constrained optimization problems: mathematical ...

The chemical composition and band alignment are systematically investigated at the TiO2/InP heterointerface. Thin TiO2 films are deposited by ALD on atomically ordered, P‐terminated p‐InP(100). By combining UPS, XPS, and ab initio molecular dynamics, the atomistic structure and electronic alignment are revealed.

This study investigates optoelectronic PUFs that improve on traditional optical and electrical PUFs. The absorber materials are randomly coated through spray coating, ligand exchange, and dynamic spin coating. Incident light generates wavelength‐dependent binary multikey and enhances security ternary keys, approaching near‐ideal inter‐ and intra ...

Progestin drugs are loaded into a mesoporous silicon dioxide host by melt‐infiltration. Drugs that decompose at or close to their melting point can be loaded by the addition of cholesterol, which acts as a melting point suppressor. High mass loading of the drug is achieved, and dissolution of the composite is controlled by the nanoscale properties of ...

Optoelectronic Devices for In‐Sensor Computing
The raw data obtained directly from sensors in the noisy analogue domain is often unstructured, which lacks a predefined format or organization and does not conform to a specific data model. Optoelectronic devices for in‐sensor visual processing can integrate perception, memory, and processing functions in the same physical units, which can compress ...
