Code Generators for Mathematical Functions [PDF]
A typical floating-point environment includes sup-port for a small set of about 30 mathematical functions such as exponential, logarithms and trigonometric functions. These functions are provided by mathematical software libraries (libm), typically in IEEE754 single, double and quad precision.

Finite Mathematics as the Most General (Fundamental) Mathematics
The purpose of this paper is to explain at the simplest possible level why finite mathematics based on a finite ring of characteristic p is more general (fundamental) than standard mathematics. The belief of most mathematicians and physicists that standard mathematics is the most fundamental arose for historical reasons.

Mathematics of Experimentally Generated Chemoattractant Gradients
Many eukaryotic cells move in the direction of a chemical gradient. Several assays have been developed to measure this chemotactic response, but no complete mathematical models of the spatial and temporal gradients are available to describe the fundamental principles of chemotaxis.
