Eye growth and myopia development: Unifying theory and Matlab model
Computers in Biology and Medicine, 2016The aim of this article is to present an updated unifying theory of the mechanisms underlying eye growth and myopia development. A series of model simulation programs were developed to illustrate the mechanism of eye growth regulation and myopia development.

MATLAB Model of an Optimized Battery Charge Controller
2022This book contains enhanced way of battery charging that increases battery durability where energy source is variable such as solar, wind, tidal energy etc. The charging algorithm is applied to enhance durability of a lead acid battery charged by a photovoltaic cell. Batteries are charged best when it is charged in three different stages.

Matlab model of Heintzmann and Cremer's super resolution technique
SoutheastCon 2016, 2016The wave nature of light poses certain difficulties on enhancing the quality of resolution past Abbe's limit of about 200 nm for visible light. Extensive research efforts have provided several methodologies to surpass Abbe's limit. One such methodology is a Structured Illumination Method (SIM) outlined by Heintzmann and Cremer. A numerical Matlab model

Physics based MATLAB model for ceramic metal halide lamps
Conference Record of the 2006 IEEE Industry Applications Conference Forty-First IAS Annual Meeting, 2006Based on physical laws, a phase resolved model of the terminal voltage / current (V-I) characteristic of a metal halide lamp has been developed. Besides the plasma arc discharge characteristic, the energy balance equations include the arc tube wall dynamics and electrode voltage drop. The proposed MATLAB model also provides for physical lamp parameters

Model-Based Static Code Analysis for MATLAB Models
2012MATLAB is widely used in scientific, engineering, and numerical computations. Complex systems such as digital signal processors, process control systems, etc. are modeled in MATLAB and analyzed; C implementation of the system can be automatically generated from the validated MATLAB model. We combine static analysis techniques with model-based deductive

Matlab Model and PI Controler of DC Permanent Magnet Motor
2019 IEEE International Conference on Modern Electrical and Energy Systems (MEES), 2019The simulation of DC motor operation using correct model can be used to predict its behaviour in different conditions. Therefore, we performed measurements of the DC motor parameters and based on the results we have proposed the model of DC motor in Simulink software. In addition, we expanded our model by PI controller.

Matlab Modelling of Nerve Fiber Activation by Magnetic Stimulation
2009In this paper we present a model that combines circuit analysis with Maxwell’s equations of electromagnetic theory and non-linear cable theory, to explain the action of the induced electric field upon a nerve fiber. The current source and stimulating coil are modeled as a series RLC circuit.

Performance prediction of dab modulation and transmission using matlab modeling
IEEE International Symposium on Consumer Electronics, 2004, 2005Abstract — A Simulink-Matlab simulation model is described that enables an accurate performance prediction of complete DAB (digital audio broadcasting) transmission channels. Embedded compiled C-code subroutines include modulation protocols, error correction and MPEG layer-2 perceptual audio coding.
